ALUMA employs a two-step process, where the ultimate goal is to increase Collagen production. This is achieve by delivering precise radio-frequency (RF) pulses to the part of the skin that is responsible for Collagen production. Controlling the delivery of the RF pulses is what makes ALUMA with FACES special: the specific part of the dermis is targeted by something called "impedance matching" (which is a fancy way of saying that certain parts of you body will react to the pulses, while others will not - kind of like tuning a radio).
