One of the most difficult problems with aesthetic augmentation is trying to be certain that one achieves the desired look and figure. For years we have utilized a number of techniques including placing actual implants in a brassiere, baggies filled with water, and nylon socks filled with rice. This is helpful but limited in its overall accuracy.
Nationwide, the most significant reason for dissatisfaction from augmentation surgery is in fact size choice- both smaller and larger than anticipated. We feel that it is essential that we strive for the very best size choice before the procedure.
The new sizing system allows for a much better contouring of the sizr to the natural breast tissue, thus better simulating the actual outcome. Our patients can now better assess their figures and see how they appear in different dress choices. We are also able to change the size by as little as 25cc.
Of course I will also address virtually all other aesthetic breast issues such as lifting, reduction, treatment of old or poorly placed implants and hybrid type problems. This sizing system is now available at our Carillon Point office facility.

Would a chin implant restore a great profile and youthful appearance? According to national surveys, the answer is a resounding yes!

Strange findings in a study done on mice. First feed mice a high fat diet then give them an abdominal lipectomy (surgically remove the fat on the belly) then expose them to UV for months.
These mice got 75% fewer skin cancers than mice who were fed a low fat diet and also got an abdominal lipectomy with the same UV exposure. I have no idea what to make of these findings, very curious- could it be possible that we should eat badly, get belly liposuction in order to reduce our risks of skin cancer?
