Northwest Face is proud to offer an extensive range of cosmetic procedures by a variety of specialists that work together to achieve your overall goal – be it medical or cosmetic. Dr. Ludwig Allegra is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Julie Voss is a board-certified Dermatologist and Dermatological Surgeon as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery who got her 10-year re-boarding just last year.
Both Dr. Allegra and Dr. Voss have extensive expertise in their respective fields. Dr. Voss introduced True Tumescent Liposuction to the east side after extensive studies with Dr. Jeffry Klein, who invented the technique. Dr. Allegra has performed literally hundreds of facelifts and rhinoplasty procedures. Both doctors offer threadlifts and featherlifts as well as laser resurfacing procedures. Either will draw upon the expertise of the other when needed to ensure that you are taken care of in the best possible way.
Northwest Face is one of the few clinics to have their own fully accredited Operating Rooms and their own dedicated Anesthesiologist, Dr. Brandford. Our OR team consists of our own nurses, supported by our own circulators and scrub techs. Northwest Face has many people to support you through your surgery.
Our group is rounded out by a team of licensed aestheticians and extensively trained medical technicians, who are constantly supervised by a qualified specialty physician who is on location.
Facial plastics refers to procedures done on the face - be they Facelifts, Rhinoplasties (Nose surgery), Blepharoplasties (Eyelid surgery), Featherlifts and Threadlifts (novel procedures that Northwest Face introduced to the area) or Laser Resurfacing. Body Sculpting encompasses both Tumescent Liposuction (which deals with diet-resistant fat deposits) and the Cook Procedure (Liposuction of the Neck, followed by a laser procedure). Cosmetic Dermatology encompasses the extensive field of “wrinkle reduction” and “skin beautification" Some of the specific areas are: Leg Veins (Sclerotherapy and Laser Spider Vein removal); unwanted hair (Laser Hair Removal), and Skin Tightening (Aluma)
