YAG TONING

Change in Law in Washington state:

As the complexity of the new lasers and light devices that we offer increases and as the new legislation about who can operate these devices become more stringent, we are staffing our aesthetic department with RNs, ARNPs, and PAs who have more extensive medical backgrounds.   This increases the safety to you and allows us to continue to use prescriptive numbing preparations to make your experience more pleasant.

A novel approach to the treatment of acne scars and wrinkles is the stimulation of collagen causing remodeling from the inside out. The YAG 1064 wavelength laser reaches through the epidermis to the collagen layer of the skin causing heating and collagen remodeling. The collagen layer tightens, causing improvement in skin texture and tone, wrinkles and acne scars.

This procedure is recommended every 3-4 weeks. Your skin will be pink for a few hours after the treatment. A specific skin regimen will need to be followed between treatments and after the series is completed, so as to help keep your skin stimulated, toned and looking its best.  We will help you with determining this regimen. The YAG procedure can be done in combination with other rejuvenating procedures.
