Botox vs Ultherapy

I have been asked about the difference between using Ultherapy and Botox on the eyebrow areas:
At times Botox and Ultherapy end up with similar benefits even through the mode of action is different: Basically, Botox achieves results by relaxing muscle cells; Ultherapy by stimulating collagen cells to reduce creasing skin around the eyes. Increased collagen improves the tone and lifting of the skin for open and refreshed eyes.

Mottled skin tone or rough and lined skin?

If you are fair, have mottled skin tone, rough, or lined skin on your face you may have severe actinic damage. If you are fair and lived in a sunny climate, you are also at risk for actinic damage. If you are a red-head, or strawberry blond you are at risk as well. If you have already had a skin cancer, then that is already proof that you have significant chromosomal damage from the sun.

Handsfree required for those driving with hearing aids?

I get this question routinely, and as I answered it today I thought I'd stop and reach a wider group: "Do I have to use a hands free device while driving if I have hearing loss?" (Usually asked because my patients can't hear using these devices.) The answer is YES - you do need to use one if you have hearing loss. However: YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO IF YOU USE A HEARING AID. For those who are wearing their hearing aid at the time of the call are except from this law.
