It is becoming popular for franchise-type purveyors of "cosmetic surgical procedures" to heavily market themselves. These facilities often have no state licensing, have no reputation in the community, sometimes have unknown doctors that fly in from another state, have been in practice for less than 3 years, and more often than not, have doctors that are not board certified in cosmetic surgery (or often no doctor at all at the facility.)
Washington state does not regulate this.

Having spent over 25 years analyzing and trying to find the "best" solutions for treating snoring and more serious sleep disorders particularly sleep apnea, a number of interesting observations come to light.
