For patients with acne

All benzoyl peroxide products are now available without a prescription. These products are typically available as washes, creams, gels and pads ranging in strength from 2.5% to 10%. As the strength increases, risk of irritation may increase as well, so we often recommend starting with a lower strength. This product can bleach fabric so a wash is a great option as it can be used in the shower for face and body acne and can be rinsed off. We carry a great 5% face and body wash here in the clinic.
