They sell only the sizzle but not the steak

It is becoming popular for franchise-type purveyors of "cosmetic surgical procedures" to heavily market themselves. These facilities often have no state licensing, have no reputation in the community, sometimes have unknown doctors that fly in from another state, have been in practice for less than 3 years, and more often than not, have doctors that are not board certified in cosmetic surgery (or often no doctor at all at the facility.)
Washington state does not regulate this. Buyer beware of fancy names and catchy jingles with no real local reputable doctors.
The physicians at Northwest Face have worked hard and earned an excellent reputation over 15 to 25 years. Northwest Face Doctors actually live here and are board certified in their specialties - which is now a novel concept. It is true that the cosmetic services we offer are often procedures that people like to keep private. But flashy marketing does not make better doctors or better outcomes; excellent doctors do! That's what Northwest Face has. Unfortunately, when all you have is flash, both patient safety and cosmetic outcomes suffer. Northwest Face may not be a marketing powerhouse, but we are the highest quality medical and cosmetic service facility available, anywhere. Hear us roar over the din of flashy advertising....come have some steak (metaphorically speaking).
