What is Healera?
Healera is Allure Esthetic’s post-surgical assurance program. It is a written commitment from your practice that if a qualifying complication arises within one year of your procedure, the cost of treatment or revision is covered — up to $15,000 — at no additional cost to you. It is built into every eligible procedure automatically.
Is Healera insurance?
No. Healera is a practice-backed assurance program, not an insurance product. There are no premiums, deductibles, policies, or third-party claim reviews. Your surgeon verifies and manages everything directly. Please see the Terms & Conditions for full details.
How much does Healera cost?
Nothing. Healera is built into the cost of your procedure at Allure Esthetic. You will never see a separate charge, fee, or upsell for it.
What happens if the cost of my care exceeds $15,000?
Healera covers up to $15,000. Any costs above that limit would be discussed with you transparently before any additional care is scheduled.
How long does Healera coverage last?
Healera covers complications and revisions for one full year from the day of your procedure.. Coverage activates automatically on your surgery date and remains in place for 12 months — no renewal, no paperwork, no extra cost. If a qualifying complication is diagnosed by your surgeon at any point during that year, the cost of treatment or revision is covered up to $15,000. The one-year window is confirmed in your quote and detailed in the Terms & Conditions.
How can I reduce my risk of complications?
Follow your post-operative instructions closely, attend every follow-up appointment, avoid smoking and nicotine, and contact your care team at the first sign of a concern. These steps protect your result — and keep your Healera coverage active.
Surgical Assurance Program — Terms
Healera is a complimentary benefit provided by Alderwood Surgical Center, LLC dba Allure Esthetic ("the Center") and is included in your surgical care at no additional charge. It reimburses medically necessary revision surgery for covered post-surgical complications diagnosed within the assurance period, up to $15,000 per covered revision.
Healera is not insurance that you purchase, and it gives you no rights against any insurance company. It is the Center's own commitment to you, provided as part of the care you already chose.
Healera does not guarantee any cosmetic result. No surgery can be guaranteed. Healera covers defined post-surgical complications. it is not a promise of any particular aesthetic outcome.
What is covered. Medically necessary revision surgery for a covered post-surgical complication — including infection requiring surgery; hematoma or seroma requiring surgical drainage; capsular contracture (Baker Grade III–IV) requiring surgery where an implant is involved; confirmed implant rupture or deflation; and implant or tissue displacement requiring surgical correction — diagnosed by a Center provider within the assurance period.
What is not covered. Revisions sought solely because of aesthetic preference; complications arising from smoking or nicotine use, failure to follow post-operative instructions, missed follow-up visits, injury or accident, or significant weight or pregnancy changes; pre-existing conditions; and procedures not performed by a Center provider at a Center facility.
What you must do. Contact the Center promptly — within 30 days of noticing a possible complication — keep your scheduled follow-up visits, and follow your written post-operative instructions.
Participation in Healera does not waive, limit, or release any of your legal rights, including any right to pursue a claim for negligence or malpractice. It is a benefit provided in addition to — not in place of — those rights.
Amounts above $15,000 per covered revision are addressed by your surgeon on a case-by-case basis. By participating, you authorize the Center to use and disclose the records reasonably necessary to administer Healera, consistent with our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA).
