About Fadya Mikhael
Fadya Mikhael, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in facial assessment, injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and laser and energy-based treatments. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to aesthetic medicine, combining her medical training with an appreciation for facial anatomy, balance, proportion, and individualized treatment planning.
Fadya earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University, where she also completed minors in Psychology and Public Health. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Her graduate education provided extensive training in patient assessment, pharmacology, preventative medicine, primary care, and evidence-based clinical practice, including experience caring for diverse and underserved patient populations.
Before specializing in aesthetic medicine, Fadya gained experience across a variety of healthcare and scientific settings, including molecular biology, emergency medicine, urgent care, primary care, telehealth, laboratory medicine, rural healthcare, and phlebotomy. This broad clinical background helped shape the comprehensive approach she now brings to aesthetic care.
After completing her Family Nurse Practitioner training and obtaining national board certification, Fadya transitioned into aesthetic medicine and worked full-time as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in Orange County, California. Working in a busy aesthetic practice gave her extensive hands-on experience with patient consultations, facial assessment, injectable treatments, treatment planning, and combination aesthetic therapies while maintaining a strong emphasis on patient safety and clinical outcomes.
Her aesthetic experience includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, and laser and energy-based procedures. She has trained with neuromodulators including Botox®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau®, performing treatments throughout both the upper and lower face, including masseter treatment, lip flips, platysmal bands, and Nefertiti neck treatments.
Fadya also has experience with multiple dermal filler families, including Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Revanesse®, with a particular interest in facial balancing and lip enhancement. Her regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatment experience includes Sculptra®, Radiesse®, PRP, PRF, and EZ Gel. She is also experienced with CO2 laser treatments, microneedling, skin boosters, and combination treatment plans designed to address both facial structure and skin quality.
One of Fadya’s favorite aspects of aesthetic medicine is creating comprehensive treatment plans that look at the face as a whole. Rather than focusing on a single feature in isolation, she evaluates facial proportions, symmetry, movement, structural support, volume, skin quality, and age-related changes. She especially enjoys facial balancing, lip enhancement, preventative aesthetics, and skin rejuvenation.
Her treatment philosophy is centered around individualized care, careful assessment, patient education, and anatomy-based decision making. Fadya believes that no two patients should receive exactly the same treatment plan. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, preferences, and long-term goals before making recommendations.
During a consultation, patients can expect a collaborative and educational experience. Fadya begins by listening closely to what the patient would like to improve or enhance, followed by a comprehensive facial and skin assessment. She then reviews the treatment options that may best address those goals, including expected results, potential risks, benefits, downtime, and alternatives.
Fadya is particularly known for being detail-oriented and thoughtful in her recommendations. She places a strong emphasis on communication and believes every treatment should have a clear purpose. Her goal is for patients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that they fully understand their treatment plan before moving forward.
For Fadya, aesthetic medicine is especially rewarding because it brings together medicine, science, anatomy, creativity, and artistry. She enjoys helping patients enhance the features that make them unique while developing long-term relationships built around trust, education, and thoughtful care.
Fadya is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington State, a Registered Nurse, and a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Originally born in Egypt, Fadya grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, before recently relocating to the Seattle area with her husband. She is fluent in English and Arabic, including Egyptian Arabic. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and destinations, attending concerts, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Fadya’s goal is for every patient to feel heard, informed, safe, and excited about their treatment journey. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each individual’s anatomy, preferences, and aesthetic goals.
